At wahhj, each piece is made with care. To maintain fairness and quality, orders cannot be opened before payment or acceptance. If there’s an issue, fill the form linked in our instagram bio or just contact us through Instagram DMs within 24 hours of delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Customers must accept and pay for the package upon arrival.
• Packages cannot be opened before payment.
• After receiving the order, if there’s any issue — such as receiving the wrong item, a defective piece, or a size concern — please fill the exchange form linked in our instagram bio within 24 hours or contact us via Instagram if there is any other issue.
• We will review your request as soon as possible.
