We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
At wahhj, each piece is made with care. To maintain fairness and quality, orders cannot be opened before payment or acceptance. If there’s an issue, just contact us through Instagram DMs within 24 hours of delivery.
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Customers must accept and pay for the package upon arrival.
• Packages cannot be opened before payment.
• After receiving the order, if there’s any issue — such as receiving the wrong item, a defective piece, or a size concern — please contact us via Instagram within 24 hours.
• We will review your request and arrange either:
– An exchange for the correct item, or
– A refund in the form of store credit.
2. Online Payment (Pre-Order or Full Payment Online)
• Customers must accept the package upon delivery.
• Packages cannot be opened before acceptance, as handling is only done after delivery is confirmed.
• If there’s any issue with your order upon receiving it (wrong item, defective piece, or size issue), please reach out to us via Instagram within 24 hours.
• Your request will be reviewed, and we will arrange either:
– An exchange, or
– A refund in the form of store credit.
Important Note (applies to both methods)
For hygiene and quality reasons, all items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Online Payment Policy (For All Pre-Order Items)
For all pre-order items, online payment is the only accepted payment method.
Your payment is fully protected — every online transfer is manually verified by our team, and your order is automatically recorded in our system as soon as payment is received.
You will receive:
• A confirmation message once your payment is verified
• An official Shopify order confirmation email
• Tracking details as soon as your item ships
We use online payment for pre-orders to secure your place in production and guarantee availability of your piece.
By choosing online payment, you also benefit from an exclusive discounted price, available only to customers who bought our items and payed for them online.
In the case of any unexpected delays or production issues, customers who paid online are always prioritized for updates, replacements, or refunds.
